First: Heat Insulation Films

• If bubbles, air pockets, or separation at the edges appear, the branch must be contacted within 24 hours of installation for inspection and repair.
• Do not open the windows for 48 hours after installation, and ensure the vehicle is exposed to sunlight.
• Do not clean or wipe the inside of the glass for one week.
• Do not use the defogger heavily for two weeks.

Second: Paint Protection Films

• Do not wash the vehicle for one week after installation, and ensure it is exposed to sunlight.
• You must visit the branch within one week of installation for a technical inspection and to ensure proper adhesion.
• Do not use the vehicle in harsh weather conditions until the inspection is complete and the film is fully dry and adhered.

Service request

This installation service request is final, legally binding, and irrevocable. The customer acknowledges having read the warranty terms and agrees to the care and maintenance terms of the “NANOFUSION” brand.

Payment terms

Full payment is required before the service installation begins. This is a mandatory and binding condition. The customer is not entitled to a refund after the cutting or installation process has been completed.

Warranty for purchasers of NanoFusion thermal insulation film is a long-term guarantee starting from the date of installation.

The warranty covers:

• Adhesive failure.
• Discoloration.
• Corrosion.
• Oxidation.
• Manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover labor costs, nor does it cover damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or the customer’s failure to follow the accompanying care and maintenance instructions.

NanoFusion provides a long-term guarantee against discoloration, peeling, adhesive failure, corrosion, oxidation, and manufacturing defects.

Warranty exclusions:

• The warranty does not cover surfaces that have cracks, non-manufacturing paint, or damage caused by gravel, debris, environmental, or organic factors.
• The company is not liable for scratches or any type of damage, nor for any consequences arising beyond what is stated. The film does not protect itself from damage.

The warranty does not cover the following:

• Damage caused by unprofessional cleaning, including scratches or fading.
• Damage caused by weather elements, such as sand, flying gravel, or environmental and organic pollution.

• Nano Ceramic Nano Fusion: 1 year + 1 free maintenance service.
• Nano Fusion Plus: 2 years + 2 free maintenance services.
• Exterior windshield protection film is not covered by the warranty.
• The customer receives a 50% discount on reinstallation.

To ensure optimal performance and longevity of your NANOFUSION product, please adhere to the following:

• During the first week after installation, allow the adhesive specifically designed for the film to fully bond to the glass or paint.
• Do not use liquids containing alcohol, ammonia, dyes, chemicals, or acids.
• Remove contaminants (such as insects or bird droppings) immediately to avoid permanent stains.
• High-pressure washers are not recommended.
• It is recommended to use a soap specifically designed for car washing.
• Use clean water and soft, lint-free cloths.
• It is recommended to use a rubber squeegee or a soft, dry cloth when drying.
• Do not use paper towels as they contain abrasive fibers.
• Do not apply stickers or adhesive strips to the film.
• Do not peel or remove the film edges to avoid damaging the adhesive system.

• Failure to follow the above instructions will automatically void the warranty.

Note regarding appearance after installation

• A hazy appearance or water bubbles may appear between the film and the windshield after installation. This is normal and temporary due to the moisture used during installation.
• This appearance will gradually disappear within four (4) to ten (10) weeks.

• NanoFusion disclaims responsibility for the customer’s choice of tint level (for thermal insulation), provided it complies with traffic regulations.
• The company disclaims responsibility for any oral or implied warranties not stated in writing in this document.
• The service provider is not responsible for the customer’s belongings inside the vehicle, or for any theft, fire, or damage that occurs while the vehicle is at the service location after completion.
• The warranty is personal to the original customer (buyer) and is non-transferable or non-assignable after the sale or transfer of ownership of the vehicle.
